Women’s Health
& Perinatal Support

The path to and through motherhood is rarely a straight line. It is a season of profound transitions, unexpected hurdles, and deep emotional complexity. From the exhausting cycles of trying to conceive to the intense shifts of the postpartum period, your mental health matters just as much as your physical health.

As a therapist specializing in maternal and reproductive mental health—and as an IVF veteran and mother of two myself—I am deeply passionate about walking alongside women through these delicate, high-stakes chapters of life. You do not have to carry the weight of this season alone.

Ocean Waves Crashing

Infertility, IVF, & Reproductive Journeys

When the journey to building a family involves ovulation trackers, medication cycles, medical interventions, or complex IVF protocols, the emotional toll can be overwhelming. It can feel like your life is entirely on hold, dictated by calendars and test results, leaving you feeling isolated from friends and deeply disconnected from your own body.

Therapy provides a dedicated space to process the unique grief, high anxiety, and relationship stress that accompanies reproductive challenges. Together, we will build a framework to protect your emotional well-being, manage the "two-week wait" anxiety, and reclaim your sense of agency.

Pregnancy Loss

& Birth Trauma

Pregnancy loss—whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, or ectopic pregnancy—is a deeply profound heartbreak that society often minimizes. Similarly, when a birth experience does not go as planned, the resulting birth trauma can leave you feeling hyper-vigilant, disconnected, or flooded with difficult memories of the delivery room.

Processing reproductive trauma and loss requires an exceptionally gentle, safe, and specialized clinical approach. I am here to hold a compassionate, non-judgmental space for your grief, helping you process the somatic impact of trauma at your own pace so you can begin to heal.

Postpartum Well-Being & Matrescence

The birth of a child is also the birth of a mother. This profound psychological identity shift is known as matrescence—and it is just as significant as adolescence. It is entirely normal to feel a complex mix of deep love alongside heavy grief for your old life, boundary struggles, body image shifts, and overwhelming exhaustion.

If you are navigating the intrusive thoughts of postpartum anxiety, the heavy fog of postpartum depression, or simply the massive adjustment to parenting, you are not failing. We will work together to quiet the maternal guilt, establish sustainable support systems, and help you ground yourself in your new identity.

Ready to take the next step?

You don't have to navigate this season alone. Let's connect to see how we can partner together in your healing.
