Begin by creating space for your experience. You will identify your core emotions and needs using guided lists and learn essential "Grief Dosing" techniques to help you experience your feelings safely without becoming overwhelmed.

2

Module 2: Empower

Shift your perspective by identifying the "tricks" your mind plays on you. You’ll learn to spot cognitive distortions and use structured thought records to challenge automatic thoughts, helping you replace spiraling narratives with grounded, compassionate alternatives.

3

Module 3: Activate

Combat the helplessness often felt during fertility journeys through Behavioral Activation. You’ll track your daily energy and activities, eliminate energy drains, and intentionally schedule pleasure and mastery-oriented moments to help you re-engage with your life.

Learn to see the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will use "bidirectional triangles" to uncover how changing one aspect of your experience can shift your entire response to stress, conflict, and uncertainty.

5

Module 5: Reframe

Find clarity in chaos by mapping your Locus of Control. You will learn to distinguish between what you can and cannot control, and shift your focus toward actionable steps and personal responsibility that empower you to move forward with greater agency.

Synthesize your growth. You’ll take the tools and insights gained from the previous modules to define your new, reframed goal and create a sustainable, personalized plan to support your emotional health as you continue your journey.
